Sunrise Roast is inspired by the quiet beauty of mornings in El Salvador’s mountain coffee regions. Grown at altitudes of 1,500–1,750 meters, the bourbon varietal cherries ripen slowly in the cool air, developing a layered sweetness and refined acidity. Our blend brings together equal parts washed and honey-processed bourbon beans, creating a cup that balances clarity with natural character.
We roast Sunrise Roast to a smooth medium, coaxing out caramel sweetness and a soft nutty finish while keeping the clean aftertaste intact. It’s approachable enough for an everyday brew, but nuanced enough to appreciate through filter or a well-dialled espresso shot. Every cup is a little reminder that mornings can be slow, intentional, and delicious.
