Sunrise Roast  Our light-medium roast reveals caramel sweetness and toasted nut notes with a smooth finish. Blended from honey and washed bourbon beans, it's approachable for everyday brewing yet nuanced enough for pour-over or espresso.

Bold Roast  A rich dark roast featuring layers of dark chocolate and molasses. Combining natural and washed bourbon processing, it stands up beautifully in milk drinks while delivering full-bodied depth when brewed black.
